Del Prevost (right), former president of Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU), was inducted into the Credit Union House Hall of Leaders at the Credit Union National Association Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington D.C.
Members of the Hall of Leaders are recognized as distinguished individuals who have demonstrated a commitment that inspires others in the credit union movement, and leadership that serves as a model for credit union leaders, nationwide.
Prevost, who served as president of Members Cooperative Credit Union from 1991-2007, was acknowledged for his long-standing and exceptional service to credit unions and the credit union industry. MCCU staff were pleased to be in attendance at the event, to honor Del and his many contributions. Prevost was one of only 13 leaders nationwide to be inducted this year into the Hall of Leaders.
“Del was instrumental in the growth and success of MCCU,” said current president/CEO Tammy Heikkinen, who also noted Prevost’s enduring commitment to the credit union movement and cooperative philosophy.
