Duluth Children’s Museum opens pop-up playspace downtown

The storefront at 408 W. Superior St. has been transformed into a free playspace for children and families. The Duluth Children’s Museum opened the space as part of the Greater Downtown Council’s Pop Up Downtown Program, which offers free storefront space to selected business during the holidays.

“We saw an opportunity to bring the fun and learning of our Lincoln Park location to Downtown.” said Cameron Bloom Kruger, President and CEO of the Duluth Children’s Museum. “Kids can build with our giant blocks and create ornaments while parents look through our gift shop and give the gift of fun with a museum membership.”

The playspace is open Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. through January 8.
