Duluth, Minn. — Suzy Cervin has been hired as a library technician for Lake Superior College’s Erickson Library.
She will be responsible for coordination of circulation services and interlibrary loan services; organization of small special collections; assistance with library outreach and promotion and assistance in oversight of student workers.
Cervin holds a master’s degree in library and information science from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a bachelor of arts degree in history from Northland College in Ashland, WI. She previously worked in the Gogebic Community College library. She also brings extensive collegiate work experience, including serving as Registrar and Associate Director of Admissions at Northland College and Grant Project Data Specialist at the College of St. Scholastica.
Erickson Library is named after Lake Superior College’s first president, the late Harold P. Erickson. The library is located on the campus of Lake Superior College in the East Building. It offers library and research services to the students, faculty, and staff of the LSC community.
