UW-Superior and Swim Creative recognized by Education Digital Marketing Awards

Superior, Wis. — The University of Wisconsin-Superior’s video ad campaign, created by Swim Creative, was recently awarded Merit during the 5th annual Education Digital Marketing Awards.

The Education Digital Marketing Awards, which are sponsored by the Higher Education Marketing Report, look to honor the best in educational digital marketing from across the country. The winners are selected by a panel of judges made up of higher education marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing professionals and the editorial board of Higher Education Marketing Report.

Swim Creative created a set of videos to promote the university to potential freshmen and online learners. Swim concepted, wrote and directed the energetic promotional piece, which was shot by Happy Tree Productions. The video titled, “Freshman,” centered on first-year students. The winning video can be seen here.

“We’re thrilled that the ‘Freshman’ video was recognized,” said James Biros, UW-Superior’s University Relation Specialist. “The idea was well-received both on campus at UW-Superior and in the community. We couldn’t be happier with the way the video turned out. It’s also great to see Swim Creative acknowledged for their creativity and hard work.”
