The University of Wisconsin-Superior Music Department will be hosting an evening of music featuring members of the UW-Superior Faculty Woodwind Quintet on Tuesday, February 13, at 7:30 p.m. in UW-Superior’s Webb Recital Hall.
The performance will feature UW-Superior associate professor Dr. Pamela Bustos, clarinet; senior lecturer Kimberly Dillon, oboe; senior lecturer Deobra Rausch, French horn; senior lecturer Michael Roemhildt, bassoon; and senior lecturer Melanie Sever, flute.
They will be performing a variety of classic wind chamber literature including “A Winged Prayer and a Lullaby,” by UW-Superior associate professor Lois Guderian; “Three American Perennials,” by Rick Sowash; “Milonga Sin Palabras,” by Astor Piazzolla; and “Trio for Piano, Oboe and Horn,” by Carl Reinecke.
Tickets for this event are $12 for adults and $10 for seniors and students. The Webb Recital Hall is located in the Holden Fine Arts Center, 1805 Catlin Ave.
