Duluth mayoral finalists Roger Reinert and Emily Larson conversed before they went head-to-head in a candidates' forum earlier this fall.

The Duluth Times editorial board announced today it will endorse candidates for Duluth mayor, city council and school board prior to the Tuesday, Nov. 7 general election.
