The Nutcracker is this weekend at Symphony Hall

DECC

The Minnesota Ballet will present The Nutcracker on Friday through Sunday at Symphony Hall at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Performances are scheduled for Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 3 p.m.

Also at the DECC this weekend: Arrowhead Ice Fishing and Winter Show at the City Side Convention Center, DECC Arena and Pioneer Hall. Doors open: Friday, noon to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Monsters are Duluth’s newest professional arena football team and will compete in Arena One Football this season. The team will play home games at Amsoil Arena. Arena football is played indoors on a shortened, 50-yard field.
