Duluth's public schools girls basketball teams, Duluth East and Duluth Denfeld, suffered lopsided first-round tournament road losses Wednesday night, ending their respective seasons.

The Greyhounds fell to Centennial 72-27 in a Section 7AAAA quarterfinal, while the Hunters lost to Rock Ridge 86-14 in a 7AAA quarterfinal.

Duluth East finished it season with a 9-18 overall record, and Duluth Denfeld was 3-23.
