Mr. Kilgore focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions, taxation and litigation, energy and natural resources, and minerals and mining law. Mr. Kilgore was elected in 2012 to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
David R. Oberstar was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Timber Law. Mr. Oberstar has been recognized in this area of practice since 2007. He also practices in the areas of land use and zoning, mining and minerals, public contracting, general municipal law, environmental law, eminent domain and administrative law.
